Play Golf in the stunning South Island of New Zealand
Day 1 Arrival in Christchurch known as the ´garden city´ spend the day settling in adventuring around the South Island's largest city. Possibly visit the International Antarctic centre or the many cafes, pubs and restaurants the city has to offer.
Day 2 Begin the tour with a game at one of New Zealand's premier golf courses Clearwater Golf Club home of the New Zealand open championship. A very challenging course to start the tour but I'm sure you will enjoy.
Day 3 Christchurch golf club one of the oldest courses in the country is where we will play our second round. The course is also home to New Zealand's most successful golf, Sir Bob Charles.
Day 4 Travel from Christchurch to Hamner Springs and another round at Hamner Springs Golf club, situated 385m above sea level this course has fantastic views throughout. After the round enjoy the fantastic Hamner Springs hot pools or one of the many walks with fantastic views over Hamner and the surrounding area.
Day 5 Rest day today as we travel north to Kaikora. Spend the day whale watching with a guided tour in the Pacific Ocean, a highly recommended world famous activity. \in the evening enjoy one of Kaikoura's fantastic restaurants.
Day 6 An early game of golf at Kaikoura golf club, nestled between the magnificent vista of the Seaward Kaikoura Mountains and the ocean waters of the Pacific Ocean. From here we continue north to one of New Zealand's best wine districts, Marlborough.
Day 7 Spend the morning with a round at Marlborough golf club, the afternoon is best spent with a wine through the Marlborough Valley, Don will be sure to take you to all the best vineyards such as Cloudy Bay, Stoneleigh and Wither Hills.
Day 8 Today we travel to the tip of the South Island where we will base ourselves for 3 days. Today is a chance to play Nelson Golf club which has a reputation as having some of the best greens in the country.
Day 9 Another rest day in Nelson, and no doubt you would have deserved it by now. Today is a good chance to explore Nelson, see the glorious golden sands and spectacular beaches of Abel Tasman national park or explore the Marlborough sounds.
Day 10 Final game today at Greenacres golf club followed by team dinner including prize giving for the internal competitions at one of Nelson's top restaurants.
Day 11 Fly from Nelson to connecting international flights in Christchurch, Wellington or Auckland, there is always the option to extend your tour from one of these destinations!
