New Zealand Sports Tours Ltd will do everything within their power to make your tour as enjoyable and successful as you expect.
Itineraries are subject to availability of accommodation and travel arrangements. Itineraries will be booked with costs confirmed at date of bookings.
Weather can cause delays and cancellation in some instances and NZ Sports Tours Ltd cannot be held financially responsible in these circumctances. Where possible, and only if time is available a change of itinerary can be made only on the approval of the directors of NZ Sports Tours Ltd.
The following is the schedule NZ Sports Tours Ltd will apply when arranging respective sports tours:-
1/ Upon your request you will be sent an email or registration form seeking further information in relation to the intended Tour or itinerary.
2/ Upon confirmation of your Tour you will be asked to forward a 20% deposit to allow NZ Sports Tours Ltd to confirm travel and accommodation costs.
3/ Balance of payments to be paid, in full, 21 days prior to the date of departure.
Cancellations by the client must be in writing and are subject to the following conditions.
- Cancellation 21 days prior to departure will see 20% of the Tour value lost.
- Cancellation between 21 days and 7 days prior to departure will see 50% of the package value lost.
- No cancellation will be accepted inside 7 days of departure date.
NZ Sports Tours Ltd strongly recommend that clients take Travel Insurance in case of incidents outside their control.
